Refund Policy

In the event that the notes you purchase fail to meet or exceed the minimum standards outlined in the MakeUp Notes Quality Checklist you may be eligible for a refund. You must apply for a refund within one week from the time of the note purchase by completing a refund request which can be accessed from the "Administration" link on the "My Locker" page. Be prepared to explain why you feel a refund is warranted and how the notes were insufficient. After successfully filing a refund request, your claim will be evaluated by a MakeUp Notes Quality Control Agent who will either grant or deny your request. In some cases you may receive an email asking you to provide additional information to assist with the evaluation of your refund request. You will be notified by email informing you whether your refund was granted or denied. If your refund request is granted you will no longer be able to access or leave feedback for the refunded note. All refunds will be processed through PayPal. PayPal Procedures shall govern all refunds except where inconsistent with the provisions of this refund policy.
